Are you a notary?
No. Certification is carried out by a notary or another competent authority. We prepare the documents, book the appointment, provide the interpreter and collect the certified document, translation and apostille.
Can I give a power of attorney from abroad for use in Montenegro?
Yes. You sign it before a notary or at a consulate in the country where you are, an apostille is added where required and it is translated into Montenegrin. Before you sign, we send you a text that meets the requirements of Montenegrin institutions.
