What we process
Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the content of your message and any documents you attach, plus technical data needed to protect the form from abuse (IP address, time of submission).
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to prepare a quote and, if you accept it, to perform the service. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, in line with Montenegrin personal data protection law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who has access
Staff and interpreters working on your file. Requests are delivered through the Google Workspace email service. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep data
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Records of completed services are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@abc-office.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – in Montenegro, the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
